SUMMARY OF ACT
Dr MCRHRD Institute of Telangana has zero tolerance policy against Sexual Harassment and any act of Sexual Harassment is a punishable offence. As per the provisions of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal) Act, 2013, an Internal Complaints Committee has been constituted by the Director General and E.O. Spl CS to Government with following Members vide Procs no: ADE/A3/327/2018, Dt. 08-11-2021
