The tariff is per person, per day
Each parent, spouse and dependent child (above 12 years) and the other visitors will be charged as below:
1. 50% of the rate applicable to the visitor, if accommodated in the same room
2. 100% of the rate applicable to the visitors, if accommodated in a separate room.

A Refundable caution deposit @10% is charged on the estimated amount

Facilities can be booked at a maximum of 60 days in advance
Bookings should be accompanied by advance payment for entire estimated amount
Refund on cancellation of booking will be as follows (on estimated amount):-
1. 15 days before commencement of programme - 90%
2. 7 to 15 days before commencement of programme - 75%
3. 3 to 6 days before commencement of programme - 50%
4. Less than 3 days before commencement of programme - NIL
Training/Conferance Hall will be tentatively allotted. However, the Institute reserves the right to re-assign it if a high priority programme is scheduled. Additionally, any increase in the hall's cost to be covered by the hosting department without negotiation.
Catering requirements submitted at least 24 hours in advance, including any modifications during the program.
Dr.MCRHRDIT is exempted from deduction of Income Tax at source (TDS), by the Commissionerate of Income Tax Department, Hyderabad. Institute has implemented a ban on single-use plastics as Eco-friendly initiative. Accordingly, all organizing departments and participants are requested to ensure strict adherence to this directive.
