3.The applicability of the said tariff is as follows:

  1. The tariff is per person, per day

  2. Each parent, spouse and dependent child (above 12 years) and the other visitors will be charged as below:

    1. 50% of the rate applicable to the visitor, if accommodated in the same room

    2. 100% of the rate applicable to the visitors, if accommodated in a separate room.

4. An additional 5% is charged on accommodation and catering facilities, towards Mitigation of Carbon Foot Prints.

A Refundable caution deposit @10% is charged on the estimated amount

Payment & booking Policy

  1. Facilities can be booked at a maximum of 60 days in advance
  2. Bookings should be accompanied by advance payment for entire estimated amount
  3. However, for Govt. of Telangana and Govt. of India departments & local bodies, advance payment will be as follows:-
    1. For booking 16 to 60 days in advance - 30%
    2. For booking 8 to 15 days in advance- 50%
    3. For booking 4 to 7 days in advance - 75%
    4. For booking 3 or less days - 100%
  4. Refund on cancellation of booking will be as follows (on estimated amount):-
    1. 15 days before commencement of programme - 90%
    2. 7 to 15 days before commencement of programme - 75%
    3. 3 to 6 days before commencement of programme - 50%
    4. Less than 3 days before commencement of programme - NIL
